This caviar originated from Iceland and became popular due to its veracity. This inexpensive product is often used as a means of garnishing gourmet platters. Lumpfish and Capelin caviars are available in red or black. The roe of Lumpfish is the larger of the two. Size: Light, tiny, chewy eggs. Color: Black. Appearance: Glossy. Storage: Dry. Shelf Lif: 2 years, does not require refrigeration. Ingredients: Capelin Roe, salt, stabilizers, spices, citric acid, artificial colors: red#40, yellow#6, blue#1, 0.1% Sodium Benzoate.

You like caviar but haven't stolen anything off the grocery shelf since high school? Well, calm yourself down and enjoy the value because this is a large helping without the price of individual Romanov caviars added up. It tastes about the same, but now you can share it! Don't try to impress a caviar lover with this brand, but since it has very quick shipping across the country, you can intercept the package almost without guilt, hide it in the fridge, and stuff your mouth with caviar anytime. Its got a long shelf-life as well. Enjoy!
