"This package contains four mixes: American White Rye, Buttermilk Wheat, American Harvest Multi-Grain, and Anadama. Each mix makes a large loaf. SAF yeast packets are enclosed. You provide only water and butter/oil. Directions and tips for perfect bread are included. You can make this bread in your bread machine, by hand, or with a stand-type mixer. You'll love this American White Rye Bread. It's made with white rye flour for an almost sourdough-like taste. (The caraway seeds are packaged separately so you can leave those out if you prefer--it's a very mild bread without the caraway seeds.) The Buttermilk Wheat is a light wheat bread, a soft, moist, bread made with both whole wheat and white flours. The American Harvest Multi-Grain is a hearty, seven-grain wheat bread. I bought this sampler to introduce myself to bread-making, and it hooked me. The Anadama bread was especially good, and the packaging should survive WWIII.

What a great idea these breadmaking mixes are! The two pounds loaves baked up great using our Breadman Pro, and saved me a lot of money and time. This homemade bread is far more delicious than boughten bread. Love all the varieties. THANKS SO MUCH!

This collection of bread mixes is wonderful! The directions were clear and easy, and the breads themselves were delicious! I can't wait to try more mixes from the Prepared Pantry!
