I've used two of the four mixes in this collection and especially liked the cinnamon raisin bread.

For a nice group of breads, this collection is just what it says it is - a whole weekend of fresh bread. Keep an eye on the end timer so that the bottom does not over cook. Break out the peanut butter and jelly!
